Our studio offers recovery services via small group sessions.
We allow up to 8 individuals into the studio during a 50-minute session. Your session gets you access to
compression therapy, red light therapy, an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, and a mobility zone.
We also offer localized therapy as a separate service.

Getting started with us is easy!
All you need to do is click on Purchase a Pass on the menu, and you will see all of our pricing options.
If you are ready to proceed, you will be asked to create an account to purchase the pass.
Once you have purchased a pass, you can reserve a spot for an upcoming session. That's it! 💛
If you are a minor, please have your parent create an account in the
Parents' Name, and then they can add the minor's info to the account after it’s set up.
You can manage your passes, memberships, and reservations quickly and easily in your account.
