and optimize your performance and wellness. 

Our recovery session gets you access to compression therapy, cold plunge, infrared sauna, 
mobility zone (for stretching), red light therapy, and various recovery tools.

Remember, proper recovery helps to cut down the space available for swelling, 
lessens inflammation, speeds recovery, and, most importantly, reduces pain and soreness!

*If you plan to cold plunge or use the sauna, please bring a towel, swimwear, or light gym attire. 
You may also want to bring a change of clothes.
